Energy Alignment
From both a spiritual and scientific perspective, the existence of seven chakras in the human body is acknowledged. The activation of our inner soul energy signifies the awakening of the Heart Chakra. The color associated with the Heart Chakra is green, the same as that of Green Tara Mata.
The direction in which the energy generated in the Heart Chakra flows—upward (Urdhvagami) or downward (Adhogami)—depends upon the level of one’s consciousness. Upward energy flow (toward the higher chakras) is not necessarily good, nor is downward flow (toward the lower chakras) necessarily bad.
In reality, the direction in which the energy flows indicates where our spiritual journey has paused. One must begin again from that point; only then can the journey progress further.
If the energy is flowing toward the Muladhara Chakra, it means one’s focus is on fulfilling material desires—on collecting comforts to experience a sense of security.
If the energy flows toward the Swadhisthana Chakra, it means there are still experiences left to enjoy through the five senses—sound, touch, form, taste, and smell.
If the energy flows toward the Manipura Chakra, it indicates one is seeking identity and recognition through society. “I exist only if society respects me.” This shows the level of consciousness one currently operates from—desire, lust, or ambition.
Each level of consciousness has its own journey, and once the futility of that level becomes clear, the person naturally moves toward the next chakra.
When energy begins to flow through the Heart Chakra, one becomes loving and compassionate—first at the family level, developing unconditional acceptance and joy in giving. True happiness is found only in doing something for others without expectation. When one becomes loving, all desires and wishes start fulfilling naturally. When love arises equally for all, one begins to represent the Supreme Consciousness, the Ether element .Space.(Akasha Tattva).
When this energy ascends further to the Vishuddha Chakra, one begins to express the love and wisdom experienced through the heart. Expression becomes a natural need.
As energy moves toward the(Brow chakra )Ajna Chakra, clarity about universal laws dawns. Being loving and being clear are two distinct states.
When this same energy reaches the Sahasrara Chakra, (Crown Chakra)equanimity and cooperation manifest. One begins to perceive all beings as expressions of the same Divine Source. This is the feeling of oneness—accepting others as they are, understanding that every consciousness has its own unique journey. When this clarity arises at the Ajna Chakra, one begins to live with mutual respect and complementarity—being helpful to those who need us and accepting help from those we need. One understands coexistence in its true sense.
At this stage, the question of where another’s consciousness stands no longer matters. The individual lives with equality and harmony.
Hence, it is essential for every individual to understand:
Where is my energy aligned?
Where have I paused on my journey?
Because —
“Energy directed inward is evolution; energy directed outward is dissipation.”
All divine feminine forms are known as Shakti (Energy). It is said that Shakti resides in the Muladhara Chakra, while Shiva abides in the Sahasrara Chakra.
Thus, the journey of energy from Muladhara to Sahasrara—from Shakti to Shiva—is the journey of human evolution, the path from effort to rest.
That is,
All labor exists for ultimate rest.
Green Tara Mata assists all beings—wherever they may be on their spiritual path—without any expectation. There is no distinction of quality or worth, for Green Tara Mata embodies equanimity and compassion as a Bodhisattva.
As Saint Dnyaneshwar beautifully expressed in his Pasaydan:
“May every being receive what they truly desire.”
This is precisely the work of the Divine Mother. Green Tara Mata represents the Ether element, the essence of Supreme Consciousness, the form of Vishnu’s energy (Prakriti).
For the one who seeks Brahma-knowledge (spiritual wisdom), she grants enlightenment.
For the one who seeks worldly fulfillment, she grants material well-being.
Until consciousness realizes the futility of each level, it cannot move forward.
Green Tara Mata is available to all, at all times, through countless ages—her vow of compassion endures eternally.
