Miss.Ashwini gawande started her professional work from 2015 after having 22 years of experience in the field of education as a state level trainer, module designer (for different purposes in education) works as a trainers trainer. Her working range is vivid . She works with trible students, village students and teachers up to metro cities students and teachers. And on national and international level.
Expert in different healing techniques like HOPONOPONO, EFT (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE),
SEDONA METHOD, HEALING CODE etc. She works for real rather than ideal. Her strong belief is only the honesty reality and originality with himself or herself helps any person to grow in his own life.
What is Education ?
Swami vivekananda says”education is the manifestation of the perfection already existed in man” this quote implies that perfection is already there means we are already perfect.we have to manifest that perfection through our body that is through our actions (doing and saying) doing and saying collectively known as behaviour.
Education is a very unique phenomena – what we are thinking about education? And what education really is? Now a days school education is just remain as acquiring skill. And acquiring skill for what ? For acquiring money. Which is not bad at all, but it is not the whole thing.
Education is living rather than having skills. Living is the heart of life where as skills are the part of life, but now a days we are getting education for skills which is the part of life & ignoring heart of life that is living.
The human being after fulfilling our physical needs we have to nurture our life by -life skills,values& beliefs system ,moral education ,what to think and how to think, what is imagination and how to use it, communication, collaboration, critical thinking ,digital literacy ,creativity, flexibility, leadership, and productivity. In one sentence if I summoned Education is not to find the right answer but to frame the right question ,that is to create the curiosity in each one of us.” again if I someone the whole thing in one term ” Education is the thought literacy.”
The main purpose of our education is to develop the personality of an individual. For me personality means what we _*feel_ think and act What we feel, think and act is the manifestation of our perfection.The process goes like that we have to aware about our feeling then we have to think over it and then we have to take actions.
Again feeling, thinking and action differs from person to person.why this happened — because each one’s feeling are different because each one’s ambition and desires are different,in that way the human beings are different from each other means ,we all are unique. And our uniqueness is our individuality. And to find out what our individuality is? Is the thought literacy.
For me the thought literacy must be the motive of education. If we are aware about ourself then it is pretty easy to be aware about others, which is very commendable. It is necessary not only to survive but also to live happy life. Such type of literacy gives you the feeling not only the destination but journey is more enjoyable”,”which is the very purpose of human life.”
This era is the era of information but having information doesn’t mean having knowledge. Information and knowledge are two different things.Information is what we get from outside that must be applied in our life then and then it will become our experience. Means experiencing or application of the information in our life is knowledge.
From my point of view education is learning. Education is the suggestion that the learner should have to autosuggest himself/ herself then only the learning is possible. This type of process creates learner’s and not the followers that is what we desire for………
